Todd Davis, Director, Chief Executive Officer & Chief Financial Officer
Todd Davis was appointed to the Endexx Corporation Board of Directors in March 2002. He was elected as CEO, Treasurer, and Secretary in June 2003.

Mr. Davis is also the Founder and President of Rayne Forecast Inc. (RFI) since January 2000. RFI specializes in financial consulting for CEO’s, Board of Directors and Founders of emerging micro-cap and nano cap publicly traded corporations. Mr. Davis has formed and/or been instrumental in the growth of 9 public companies and several private companies. Prior to RFI, for 10 years, Mr. Davis was an investment banker and broker in Chicago; specializing in IPO’s, Secondary Offerings, Private Placements, Trading and Research.
Seth Cayer, Chief Operations Officer & Chairman of the Board
Seth Victory Cayer was appointed to the Board of Directors in 2002. He was elected Chairman of the Board in 2004. Mr. Cayer has more than ten years experience in investment banking and corporate consulting with a primary focus on corporate growth strategy. He earned his undergraduate degree in Economics from Boston College with emphasis on International Business and has also studied abroad at Oxford University in England.
Gordon Humphrey, Chief Information Officer
Gordon Humphrey has over 10 years of experience in software development. He has worked with many leading technology companies including Aether Systems and Network for Good in key technology management positions. He is fully Microsoft certified and performed his undergraduate studies at the School of Engineering & Applied Science of the University of Virginia.
Cullen Whitmire, Vice President of Operations and Technology
Cullen Whitmire joined Endexx in January of 2007. Cullen comes to Endexx from one of the largest global IT service companies. He has over 8 years of experience as a Client Delivery Executive, responsible for contract management as well as delivery of Software Development, hosting of Mainframe, Midrange and Web applications for multiple large clients across the globe. He earned his undergraduate degree in Finance from Northern Arizona University and his MBA from the University of Phoenix. Cullen’s focus with Endexx is to ensure a secure and stable platform that will strategically enable our current and future clients’ growth expectations.
